Without any hesitation, we started using Otello - HGR (Hotel Guest Review) beginning with 2017, knowing the benefits of HGR from my previous property. I can express it with great pleasure that the service is very useful for the guests, staff and administrators. As you know, your unsatisfied guests insist on spending time to write their complaints despite all the difficulties to register & login procedures of portals. But unfortunately, guests with high satisfaction do not spend time to write their reviews. So accessing the portals in one easy step increases the rate of positive comments. On HGR panel, we can observe the increasing of publishing rates of comments on HolidayCheck and TripAdvisor. The guest satisfaction rate that emerges when we add the system's improvements on the hard work we give as a team is getting higher day by day.
