  • Responsibilities
    • Tackle inbound leads efficiently.
    • Researches potential market and customer opportunities.
    • Conduct high-level conversations with executives at prospect accounts.
    • Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline, source, create and organize account/contact target lists.
    • Grow Hotech's client list through thoughtful and persuasive email/phone/onsite visit outreach campaigns.
    • Proactively drive for and execute on marketing campaigns, beyond those assigned.
    • Think creatively beyond stated current market and contribute to expansion into new areas of opportunity for Hotech.
    • Work effectively in a team environment supporting Marketing, Business Development, Institutional Sales, Sales Engineering and Hotech Leadership as required to achieve Hotech's growth targets.
    • Proficient on closing sales.
  • Required Qualifications&Skills
    • You have at least 5 year of prior sales development experience in the tech sector
    • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
    • You have experience interfacing with sophisticated buyer personas (hospitality).
    • You're a self-starter who is unafraid to question assumptions and suggest process improvements
    • You are competitive in nature yet a team player in spirit.
    • You're proficient with Salesforce or another modern CRM
    • You are willing to travel at least once per monthly to represent Hotech at industry events or network environments
    • You self-describe as some combination of the following: strong persuasion, creative, humble, ambitious, detail-oriented and result-orented, hardworking, eager to learn, methodical, action-oriented and tenacious.
